Wolf Hollow Brewing Company
Your Beer. Brewed Here.
WHBC is founded by friends and neighbors and the bonds we form around the brewery cause us to appreciate and rely on one another in times of need. Our next-door neighbor Ron Kowalski has been battling cancer which has spread to his brain and his wife Donna and family could really use our help. This Friday night (10/19) WHBC will donate $1 from each pint poured to assist them. Also, our friend and theirs, Gabby Ellers, will be in the taproom to provide music for all. Come out and join us as we support our neighbors and friends. Have an Amber for Ron and a Nun the Wiser for Donna.
Buzzards Bay BBQ will donate 20% of all food sales for the night.
*Dinner Special* Pasta Carbonara with Tossed salad and Italian Bread $15 Tax included (Available starting at 5pm). Take out will be available. Some of our BBQ favorites will also be on the menu and food will be served until sold out.
Burger 21 returns for another afternoon of burgers, fries and beer!

Wolf Hollow Brewing Company creates local craft beer with a focus on quality and freshness which can be enjoyed in our tasting room or anywhere else by members of our local community. By understanding and contributing to the community in which it lies, WHBC's goal is to be the preeminent choice of local beer drinkers.
To make this a reality, WHBC sells beer in growlers, cans, and fresh from the tap in the brewery and more than 100 local participating establishments. WHBC is open 4 days each week to allow its members and walk-in customers to come and get their beer to go - or spend the evening socializing with like-minded beer drinkers.
Wolf Hollow Amber is the flagship beer of WHBC because it is crafted after the unique character of West Glenville. The toasted notes and the warm reddish hue of this beer invite you in while the crisp dry-hop keeps you reaching for another. This american amber ale has fans in both craft beer enthusiasts and seekers of easy drinking refreshment.
A clean and drinkable West coast style American India Pale Ale that is brewed to be light in color, dry-hopped for a big floral aroma, and just bitter enough to remind you that you’re holding an IPA. In a market flooded with IPA, this one is brewed to stand out with its rich malt profile and bright dry-hop.
This Belgian Style White Ale is brewed with oats, raw wheat, and sweet orange peel, before being finished with a classic belgian yeast. The large helping of wheat in this beer gives it body and depth without leaving it heavy. White’s Wit is great for folks who aren’t sure they like craft beer, by offering lighter flavoring without sacrificing complexity or brewing tradition.
District 12 Double IPA, well the name says it all. We amp up our IPA recipe to feature bold hops and a huge, yet drinkable malt profile. You’ll be surprised to find that this beer is 8.4% ABV due to the easy-drinking quality provided by the clean Pilsen malt used as the base.
When the light is longer in West Glenville and the sap is flowing with sunny days and cold nights, our thoughts turn to spring rituals such as pancake breakfasts, St. Patrick’s celebrations, and increasing opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. Whether you allow for beer with your Irish breakfast or just enjoy a good stout under the stars of the spring sky, Wolf Hollow’s flavorful Campout Stout is the perfect companion. Rich and smooth with hints of coffee, this Irish-style stout is perfect for “waking up” from winter and bringing on the new season. Come camp out with Wolf Hollow.
This American Brown Ale has a solid malt profile which delivers more flavor than a traditional English Brown but finishes much dryer due to it’s dry hop qualities. The Nugget hop used provides subtle florals reminiscent of the District 6. When Wolf Hollow’s Brewmaster made a decision to “put off” seminary in favor of brew school, one of his colleagues famously responded, “Lord knows, preachers need beer too.” Once a brewer, he was able to return to seminary and move into ministry. At Wolf Hollow, we believe it all comes together when people gather to enjoy good beer and foster relationships. Enjoy Pulpit Supply Brown year round!
*Pulpit Supply Brown was awarded bronze at the Raise A Glass Foundation International Beer Competition in 2016 and bronze at the Great International Beer & Cider Competition in 2016
Our twist on this new cult-classic style is an India pale ale that maintains that perfect hop presence through the finish while leading off with a rich flavor from the roasted barley and notes of chocolate and coffee. This Black IPA gets our biggest dry hop midweek and delivers a robust and complex experience for hop heads and dark beer lovers alike. Whether you’re a literary scholar, fan of the macabre, or just a friend of the WHBC GM’s dog, we think you’re wanderings in the night will go better with the Midnight Dreary in your growler.
* Midnight Dreary IPA was awarded Silver Medal by Best of Craft Beer Awards 2016 in Bend, OR.
Fall Tree Oktoberfest is WHBC’s version of the classic German marzen style. It uses large amounts of Munich and Caramel malt for a deep, rich malt profile that highlights an intense caramel sweetness. A slight presence of alcohol accompanies the malt to generate a slight warming sensation with every sip and the yeast used allows for a clean finish amidst all the sweetness of the malt. This is WHBC’s most popular seasonal beer, perfect for the fall.
Purpose Pale Ale is the beer that we brewed for the Ales for ALS program. Ales for ALS sets aside a certain amount of an experimental hop blend. ALS then donates these hops to participating breweries who then make beer with them. A portion of the proceeds from all beer sold this way is then donated back to Ales for ALS. This Pale Ale is a way to feature these excellent hops. Clean and drinkable, the hops in this beer stand out as bright citrus and floral. Enjoy for a good cause!
Year One Black Lager is brewed in the classic German Schwarzbier style. We brew it every year to celebrate our anniversary of opening our current location! This beer is a wonderful blend of the smoothness of a lager and the complexity of a dark beer. The lagering process allows this beer to taste clean and finish dry, but the German Munich malt and British chocolate malt used in this beer allows for a delightful combination of toast and chocolate flavors. So raise a glass with us and celebrate our second year of your beer, brewed here!
Foothills Pils is Wolf Hollow Brewing’s version of the classic style known as Czechoslovakian Pilsner. Being the most crisp and hop-forward style of pilsner this Czech pilsner features a delicate cereal grain profile, which is balanced perfectly by the clean hop finish. This beer is lagered for an extra three to four weeks to give it a light clean mouthfeel and bright golden color. Named in honor of our location in the foothills of the Adirondacks, this beer is as complex as it is beautiful.
Brunette’s Revenge is an American blonde ale brewed with a healthy portion of malted wheat to give it a nice round sweetness in the malt profile. The American ale yeast keeps it clean and drinkable while the substantial Falconer’s Flight 7 C’s dry-hop balances the malt with just the right amount of citrus undertones. Light in color and approachable this blonde ale is great for people who want a lighter beer without sacrificing flavor, body and complexity. Truly the brunette’s revenge! Gold Medal Winner GIBCSMC 2017!
