The 2017 Fall Beer Dinner is the next beer and food pairing that WHBC will be offering to the public. This is sure to be a great evening as you are hosted by WHBC’s Cuisiner, Patrick Arretche and WHBC’s Brewmaster Jordan White. The beer dinners here at WHBC have come to be a celebrated part of our offerings to the community and so this time, we’re announcing two dates for the Fall Menu right now! Come and enjoy this wonderful evening as you are taken through a 6 course pairing of fine worldly foods paired to perfection with great locally crafted beer.
On both of the nights, one in October and one in November, the doors will open at 6 for seating and a beer ‘cocktail hour.’ Then at 7, the first course will be plated and served directly to your table. Over the next couple of hours, you’ll be taken on a tour of great foods from all over the world while at the same time staying grounded as the foods you eat are paired with your favorite locally crafted beers from WHBC. At the end of the evening you’ll also get to take home your very own WHBC Souvenir Sample Glass!

Patè de Porc..Wolf Hollow Amber
French-style patè, with a BBQ twist of smoked pulled pork, served with toasted French Baquette.
Chèvre Chaud..Stone Silo Saison
Goat cheese medallions, lightly fried and drizzled with a raspberry confiture, served over greens.
Patatas Bravas…Foothills Pils
The iconic Spanish Tapa, consisting of seasoned potatoes and the classic Spanish Brava sauce.
Pollo Funghetto..Whites Wit
Sautéed chicken with mushrooms and fire roasted peppers, served in a white wine cream sauce.
Tomate Fourreè.Fall Tree Oktoberfest
A Basque-style stuffed tomato featuring the Arretche familys traditional boeuf hachè.
Crèpe Suzette…Year One Black Lager
Classic French crèpe, each cooked individually, dusted with sugar, and served with a chocolate sauce and Chantilly whipped cream.
