Central to the mission and values at WHBC is community – being a place to create community, to support and enhance the community we are a part of and to contribute positively to those who are a part of our community. There is always something happening that reflects this commitment and I would like to highlight two of those things that you can be a part of now!
First, you may have seen this flyer on the counter at the tap room and also one at the Buzzards Bay counter. This is a cause near and dear to some of our near and dear Wolf Pack regulars, Mark and Natalie. As avid cyclists they are hoping to be able to support the American Diabetes Association and have asked us to help. So if you can throw a little something into the red can and help Mark and Natalie help the ADA we know they would be so grateful!
Second, here is an opportunity for you to learn about the Electric City Food Co-op! This coming Tuesday, March 1, they are holding an informational-type gathering at the brewery where you’ll meet the folks who are working to get Schenectady’s own food co-op (hooray!) off the ground. Use the website or phone number on this flyer to find out more about it and to sign up. We can’t wait to have the local market in place!
Thanks as always for being a part of our community! Can’t wait to see you this weekend. Cheers!
