“Battle of 1669” Ale

Congratulations to Founder David White for having his naming idea (and for his style nomination) for the single-run batch of beer which we will have on sale at Wolf Hollow Brewing Co. tomorrow night starting promptly at 5:00pm.  Be there on time (or early) if you hope to get a taste!

Battle of 1669

photo copy 2“Battle of 1669” is a combination of two of our styles – the Belgian Wit with the IPA.  Just as the Mohawks and the Algonkian clashed in the historic battle in Wolf Hollow, these two styles are locked together in this one, serious ale.  This Belgian White IPA is cloudy like the fog of war but resolves with a dry hoppy finish.  You may detect notes of coriander, peppercorn and juniper which all add to the unique quality of this specialty local brew.

Only 13 gallons on tap!

Check back in a few days for the grand announcement of the new Seasonal Brew – due out next week.

Remember, the Brewery will be closed Friday, July 4th.
